Refund policy

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Hymnologie. Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online, we're happy to offer you store credit within 30 days of your original purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the items must be new or gently used. Please note that bundles are a specially curated selection and are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Transferable: Store credit issued as a result of a return or exchange is non-transferable and holds no cash value. Additionally, a nominal $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit upon return.

Exceptions: In cases where an incorrect or defective item was shipped to you, please contact us immediately at social@hymnologie.com, attaching a photo of the item received, and we'll assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange for a different product, please specify the new item's details in your return request email to expedite the process. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision of your store credit. Please allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Communication: Our customer service team at social@hymnologie.com is here to guide you through the return or exchange process. Include your order number and reason for return in your email for faster assistance.

Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, both domestic and international.
