Traditional Facial Massage Tool
What is Kansa Wand? – The Kansa Wand is an ancient massaging tool used for the face. The word “Kansa” in Kansa Wand typically refers to the Bronze metal which is made with a 4:1 ratio of copper to tin.
Why do you need this? - Because it balances your skin’s acid level and in turn helps soothe the skin, calming the redness as well as irritation, and helps in taking care of early aging. Kansa Wand’s massage drains the lymph nodes out and helps in the removal of accumulated toxins from the skin. Eventually, it results in a firmer and more sculpted facial skin.
How to use this? - Utilize once a week with a serum. Spend 10 to 15 minutes gently massaging the cheeks, forehead, and jaw muscles. The Kansa Wand will function more effectively when combined with a proper serum. Choosing a serum with high vitamin and mineral content is always beneficial and effective.
The skin turns grey as a result of the chemical reaction between the Kansa metal and your skin during the healing process. Hence, it is a clear indication that the Kansa Wand working on detoxifying your skin. In order to remove the grey tint from your face after the massaging ritual, simply use warm water and a cloth.
A Kansa Wand should not be used without a serum because by reducing friction, the serum stops the wand from pulling on your delicate skin. We recommend using the Kansa Wand paired with either Hymnologie’s Brilliance Tonic Facial Serum or the Mattifying Tonic Facial Serum.
Here is a mini-skincare routine we suggest:
- Exfoliate your skin with our Brilliance Repair Treatment
- Prep your skin with our Brilliance Mist Refresher
- Use our Brilliance Tonic Facial Serum or Mattifying Tonic Facial Serum along with our Kansa Wand
In order to clean just the metallic surface of your Kansa Wand, lathe it with soap and water after your daily use. To achieve a more thorough cleansing, mix tea tree oil and fuller's earth clay to form a paste. Apply this paste onto the wand, then rinse it off with water to attain a clean finish. We do not advise using any abrasives or harsh chemicals.
